  • If you booked online Our Staff will get in touch with you within 24 hours. We will confirm the pick up points, price and suppy you with our contact details.
  • Bookings must be confirmed with our office within 24 hours of your departure.
  • We are not liable for flights that are delayed or matters that out of our control, responsibility is on your shoulders, You Must Get In Touch With Us and advise us of Your Travelling  Circumsstance.
  • If your Flight had been altered, details changed you must get in touch with us 24 hours before hand and arrange with us the ” Change” of your details.
  • If you have to cancel the bookings you must do so within 24 hours. Otherwise the full fair will be charged.
  • We pick passengers from All over Sydney and NSW but if we are picking you up from Airports you must know that there is a parking charge of $4.50 per 20 minutes.
  • You can’t hold us responsible for any items damaged to your possessions due to your negligence.
